Dr Nicole Lawler

Chiropractor & Pilates Instructor

Dr Nicole Lawler is a highly qualified Chiropractor and Pilates Instructor. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Macquarie University and is trained in Mat, Reformer, and Wunda Chair Pilates, with additional pre and post-natal Pilates qualifications. Nicole takes a personalised approach to address each individual’s unique needs and values open communication with her patients. She actively stays up to date with the latest research by attending chiropractic conferences and focuses on holistic healthcare for individuals and families, providing gentle, effective, and compassionate care in a professional and welcoming environment.

kYLIE gIFFEN

eXERCISE pHYSIOLOGIST & Pilates Instructor

Kylie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a degree in Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Sydney and a qualified Mat, Reformer, and Wunda Chair Pilates instructor, with additional pre and post-natal Pilates training. She recently added a Yoga Teacher qualification to her skill set, further enhancing her holistic approach to movement. With almost 10 years of experience, Kylie has seen firsthand how Pilates and yoga can support strength, mobility, and recovery, including for those with chronic conditions. Kylie also offers private Exercise Physiology sessions at the studio, providing tailored programs to meet individual needs.

Tracy-Lee Youseff

Pilates Instructor

With over 40 years in the fitness industry and a Level 3 qualification from AusActive, Tracy-Lee is passionate about helping clients achieve happiness, confidence, and strength through movement. She brings extensive expertise in group fitness, personal training, injury rehabilitation, and pre and post-natal fitness. Tracy-Lee is also fully qualified in Mat, Reformer, and Wunda Chair Pilates, allowing her to create balanced, adaptable programs for every client. Committed to continual learning, she offers a wide-ranging skill set to support clients at every stage of their health and fitness journey.

RACHEL ALLWORTH

Pilates Instructor

Rachel is a qualified Mat, Reformer, and Wunda Chair Pilates instructor with additional pre and post-natal Pilates training. Her classes focus on core strength, mobility, and injury prevention, perfect for runners and anyone wanting to improve functional movement. With over 20 years’ experience as a school teacher, she brings patience, insight, and a supportive approach to her coaching. As founder and head coach of Rachel’s Runners, she draws on years of teaching and coaching experience to tailor every session to her clients’ individual needs, blending her Pilates expertise with her extensive running background for a well-rounded, encouraging experience.

Pilates Instructor

With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Performance Coach, Pilates Instructor, and Online Coach, Roula helps clients become the best version of themselves through tailored training and nutrition. She is qualified in Mat, Reformer, and Wunda Chair Pilates, as well as pre and post-natal Pilates, allowing her to adapt programs to suit all fitness levels and life stages. Her philosophy centres on a positive mindset, consistency, and disciplined habits, with a strong focus on technique to create lasting lifestyle changes and real results.

Vania Reis

Pilates Instructor

Vania is a dedicated Pilates instructor with certification from APEI and comprehensive training in classical Pilates. She is qualified in the full studio suite, including Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and small apparatus, as well as pre and post-natal Pilates. Vania believes deeply in the life-changing benefits of Pilates, using thoughtful and precise exercises to build core control, develop strength, and lengthen the body, improving overall health, posture, and well-being.

Pilates Instructor

With over a decade of personal Pilates practice, Rita brings warmth and supportive energy to every class she teaches. She is a qualified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor and also holds a certification in Kids Yoga. A lifelong learner with a deep passion for movement, Rita believes in the power of Pilates to uplift, transform, and build confidence. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients feel empowered, challenged, and inspired, whether they’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen their practice.

Nicole Mascolo

Remedial Massage Therapist

Nicole is a Diploma-qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who helps women release muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Using a mix of remedial, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques, she tailors each treatment to reduce pain, restore function, and help clients feel their best - in life, training, and everything in between.
