Q ~ How do I book a class?

If you are new to Reformer Pilates we ask that you purchase our Welcome Package first. This $99 package includes one private 1 on 1 session with a qualified instructor and two classes of your choice. During the private session, our experienced trainers will show you how to operate the reformer machine and show you the basics of positioning for Reformer.

All other Memberships and Studio Class Passes can be purchased via the Momence app.

Q ~ Do you have prenatal classes?

We don’t have prenatal specific classes, but all classes can be adapted by our experienced instructors to make the sessions pregnancy safe. Please inform the instructor of your pregnancy prior to class start.

Q ~ What is the minimum age to use the Reformer?

The minimum age to participate in our Reformer classes is 14, however we do ask that all children aged under 16  have a parent/guardian accompany them to class. From age 16 teens are able to participate independently.

All of our instructors hold a current Working With Children Check.

Q ~ What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a few essentials to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel or a hygiene mat for personal use, and wear comfy clothing that allows you to move freely. Please also ensure long hair is tied back in a pony tail or bun. Grip socks are also required to provide stability and prevent slipping during your workout – if you don’t have any, you can buy some in studio.

Q ~ Do you do private sessions?

Yes, private and semi-private sessions are available and must be paid for at the time of booking. More on our private and semi-private classes can be found here

Q ~ What happens if I need to cancel a class?

Cancellations can be made up to six hours before the class start time via the Momence app. If you cancel within this window, you can use the credit within 30 days. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the class.

Credits are given each week on the anniversary of your 1st class. Credits are given weekly. Make-up classes cannot be done prior to the credit being given. Make-up classes need to be done after.

Please note: We do not accept cancellations by e-mail, social media, or any other method other than by you using the booking system via the App or on the PC though Momence.

Q ~ I am going away, can I freeze my membership?

Memberships run for 12 consecutive weeks and cannot be placed on hold/cancelled during this time period. Once the minimum period has been served, you can freeze your membership by sending us a message via the Momence app inbox.

Class Packages have 4 months to be used and cannot be placed on hold/cancelled, i.e. all sessions must be used within the 4 months or they expire.

Please head to the Momence app on mobile or PC and send us an inbox message so we can assist you with this.
