REFORMER PILATES
A full body workout that is designed to strengthen, energise, tone and transform your body regardless of age and ability.
Our instructors will guide you through a range of movements on the Reformer that challenge the core, strengthen the hips and back whilst assisting to lengthen and tone your legs and arms. You will walk away feeling aligned, strong and lengthened.
Our classes include small apparatus, jump boards and Bala bangles to
add dimension to your workouts.

MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates is a total body workout using your body weight as resistance and features classical Pilates exercises based on the principles of strengthening the core by challenging deep muscles and improving stability and posture whilst strengthening the spine and lengthening the muscles. These classes are completed on a mat on the floor and may include small apparatus such as balls, bands, circles and Bala bangles.
Mat Pilates is suitable for beginners, those recovering from injury and post partum or anyone wanting to strengthen their core.
WUNDA CHAIR
One of our latest offerings, this class focuses on the basics of the Wunda Chair, offering a full-body workout that boosts strength, balance, and flexibility. Ideal for all levels, it’s perfect for building core stability and refining technique. A great way to challenge yourself and deepen your Pilates practice.
FUSION PILATES
Experience a dynamic blend of traditional Reformer Pilates with elements of Mat Pilates and Barre. This class offers a full-body workout that enhances flexibility, balance, and core strength, while also targeting key muscle groups for increased tone and endurance. Perfect for those looking to elevate their Pilates practice with a fresh, engaging approach.
